Scape room 4

ROOM 4: THE FINAL ARCHIVE

Your team finally enters the last room of the investigation. Dust covers the floor. Hundreds of old documents are scattered across the archive shelves. One final message appears on a computer screen:

“The truth is hidden inside the correct sequence...”

The paragraphs below are mixed. Read carefully and choose the correct order of the story. Only the correct sequence will unlock the final message.

Scrambled Story

Read all five paragraphs carefully. Then choose the correct position for each paragraph.

Paragraph A

As soon as the students entered the abandoned theater, everybody became silent. The stage lights suddenly turned on by themselves, and somebody heard strange footsteps behind the curtains. Several students felt frightened, but nobody wanted to leave because they needed to finish the investigation.

Paragraph B

Finally, the group discovered an old recording hidden inside the manager’s office. In the recording, a nervous man explained that strange noises and shadows had terrified workers for years. After listening carefully, the students realized the mystery was not paranormal. Somebody had secretly lived inside the building for months.

Paragraph C

Before entering the theater, the investigation team met outside the building during a heavy storm. Everyone looked nervous because local people believed the theater was haunted. However, the students decided to continue because solving the mystery would help them complete their final psychology project.

Paragraph D

A few minutes later, the group walked upstairs to search for more clues. While they were exploring the dressing rooms, they found food, blankets, and fresh coffee. The students immediately understood that somebody must be staying inside the theater. The discovery made everyone even more anxious.

Paragraph E

After solving the mystery, the students left the theater feeling relieved and exhausted. Although the experience had been frightening, it also helped them become more confident. Their professor later explained that fear can make people imagine impossible things when they are nervous and stressed.
